I was referred to Citi health by my doctor. My first phone call was to Martine, she was very polite and promised me to have one of her staff to call me back. After 15 minutes I received a phone call from a gentleman who was very polite as well. They contacted the state with me to set up the evaluation. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions regarding home care services.
